Obituary of Frederick Ippolito

Frederick Ippolito, 80, of Freehold passed away on Thursday, December 21, 2023. He was born and raised in Brooklyn, was a longtime resident of Readington, and settled in Freehold 20 years ago. Frederick worked for many years for AT&T. Through his career he was able to travel to countless places alongside his wife. He bravely served in the United States National Guard. Frederick had a passion for sports, especially loving the Brooklyn Dodgers, Mets, and Jets. He also enjoyed gardening, golfing, and cooking many Italian dishes.

He was predeceased by his parents, Philadelphio and Mary Ippolito; and brother, Salvatore Ippolito. Frederick is survived by his beloved wife of 58 years, Alice Ippolito; and children, Michael and Monthicha Ippolito of Morristown, New Jersey and Lisa and Andy of New Jersey.

A celebration of life will be held at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road, (Route 524), Freehold Township on Thursday, December 28, 2023 from 2:00 to 6:00 PM.
