Obituary of Grace Santacroce

Grace M. Santacroce, 73, of Farmingdale, NJ passed away at home on Sunday, March 10, 2013. She was born in Brooklyn and spent 30 years in South Beach, Staten Island before moving to Howell Township. Grace worked at Sam's Club for seven years before retiring in 2009. She taught CCD at St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church for over 30 years and was a member of the Tuesday Morning Ladies Bowling League at Howell Lanes. Grace was predeceased by her husband, Michael A. Santacroce, Jr., nine months ago. Surviving are her son, Michael J. Santacroce of Farmingdale; her daughter, Phyllis Kiernan of Columbus, NJ; five grandchildren, Pierce, Victoria, Andrew, Nicholas and Patricia; a brother, Fortunato Greco; and a sister, Ida Peterson. Visiting at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524), Freehold Township on Thursday, March 14, 2013 from 2:00 to 4:00 & 7:00 to 9:00 PM. Relatives and friends may gather at the funeral home on Friday, March 15, 2013 at 9:00 AM for the procession to St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church, 31 Asbury Avenue, Farmingdale, NJ for her 10:00 AM Funeral Mass. Interment will follow in Brigadier General Wm. C. Doyle NJ Veteran's Memorial Cemetery, 350 Province Line Road, Arneytown, NJ.
