Obituary of Linda Lussier

Linda Lussier, 67, of Freehold passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 10, 2024 at Ocean University Medical Center in Brick surrounded by her loving family. Linda fought a courageous six-year battle with pancreatic cancer while living life to the fullest each and every day.  Born and raised in Pittsfield, Massachusetts, Linda, alongside her husband, Paul, relocated to New Jersey in 1979.  Linda enjoyed Wednesday night karaoke and afternoon coffee on her backyard swing. And anyone who knew Linda understood that she was a staunch supporter of the local economy. Above all, Linda cherished spending time with her family and friends.

Linda is survived by her husband of forty-four years, Paul R. Lussier; five children, Christopher Lussier and his wife, Michelle of Florida, Amy Novia and her husband, Patrick of Forked River, Ashley Lussier of Freehold, Kyle Lussier of Howell, and Zachary Lussier and his wife, Jaclyn of Howell; ten grandchildren, Kayla, Alex, Shelbie, Max, Shea, Matthew, Nolan, Charli, Oliver and Owen - all who affectionately know her as "Granny" and "Ma"; and her brother, Howard Marshall and his wife, Denise of Massachusetts.

A visitation for family and friends will be held at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524), Freehold Township on Tuesday, February 13, 2024 from 4:00 to 8:00 PM. Family and friends are also invited to attend the 11:00 AM funeral service at the funeral home on Wednesday, February 14, 2024. In keeping with Linda's spirit, please feel free to dress for love on this Valentine's Day. Entombment will follow in Maplewood Cemetery and Mausoleum, Freehold.
