Condolences
No words describe the pain and heartbreak of losing Dave Kirby. I know because I've been trying to find them since this shocking tragedy happened. Dave was truly one of the good guys in every way. Make that great, guys. He was a great husband to Suzanne, who has dealt with so much more than anyone should have to, and our hearts go out to her. He was a great father to his three boys, Aiden, Noah, and Jack, whom he lit up when he talked about. He was a great co-worker who ensured you were covered no matter what you needed for the assignment.
He was also a great friend to me and so many of us. He was the guy you reached out to when you thought of something funny, the guy you reached out to when you needed someone to lean on. Dave was always there and if he wasn't, then he let you know when he would be, and then he would be there, Now Dave is there in our hearts, minds and memories. He was too young for this. Salute Dave! Thank you for always being there.
I had the pleasure of meeting the new guy at a Lead conference in Atlantic City.He was new to the family and jumped in to help with any task but the difference was the great smile and positive energy.I again had the pleasure of working with Dave at Lead arnivals that required many nights away from the family. Dave's positive attitude and smile made dealing with the public possible. Dave's only complaint was time away from the family which he spoke about with pride and love. My only regret was never meeting his family that he loved and brought him great happiness and pride.Retored Cpl Bob
One of the good ones in our industry, Dave and I had a friendship and an understanding that only veterans of this business have. He had a sparkle in his beautiful eyes and always made me laugh. He worked his butt off, was a true example of professionalism, work ethic and old fashioned integrity. I loved Dave. Almost as much as as I love Suzanne. This is heartbreaking and we can only pray that Suzanne and kids will somehow be comforted by the memories and the knowledge that he set a wonderful example and established a beautiful foundation for them. He will be missed by so many. What a special man and a special family. ❤️
Suzanne, I am so sorry to hear about Dave. When we worked together, he always had a smile and a good word. He was just a great guy. This is so sudden. I am sure he will be missed. You have my deepest sympathies.

Dear Suzanne and children and family To say I am shocked, is putting it mildly. I am so happy to have known David what a wonderful nice person with a smile that could light up a room. My heart goes out to all of you and may he rest in peace.
Suzanne and family, my heart breaks for you and the boys. There are no words to describe the pain or loss you are feeling. I pray God will give you peace, comfort and strength during this time. I will always remember when we went to NJ 101.5 together as a team for job interviews and got hired that day. Sleep in peace my friend as you will truly be missed.
