I have known Liz for many years and she spoke about her brother often. So sorry for the families loss.

I start to know Frank through Dr. Stratos Since 2022, For the uncounted online meeting we made with Frank, I realized that, Frank is so unique and humble, inspite that, I had never met with him face to face, but through our regular meeting for the business we had planning to start in Tanzania, the idea and encouragements from him will remain a gift to us forever ever and ever.

So sad about writing these lines. I met Frank and Mercedes when I first traveled to the US back in 2017. They were a great support and we had a great time together. Since then, we always kept in touch. Frank was always willing to help, no matter the moment or time. My dear brother Frank . I was so sad to be informed while in East Africa Zanzibar by your lovely daughter . Difficult to believe since we spoke in phone same day . Since the day we met in havana Cuba 10 years ago we are so close than nobody to me all these 10 years . I have been around the world in all continents last 20 years however Frank you are unique in all, brother , friend , father , husband , grandfather , engineer , humor, everything .
