Obituary of Connie Lufrano

Connie Lufrano, 70, of Monroe passed away on Thursday, March 7, 2024 at home. She was born and raised in Brooklyn, lived in Staten Island for over 40 years, and settled in Monroe in 2012. Connie was an amazing cook and enjoyed traveling to the Caribbean Islands. She often went to Broadway shows, Atlantic City, and had a great love for fashion. Above all, Connie was a devoted Mamoo to her grandchildren.

She was predeceased by her daughter, Lauren Lufrano; sister, Angela; brother, Frank; and canine companion, Princeton. Connie is survived by her beloved husband of 47 years, Louis Lufrano of Monroe; son, Christopher Lufrano and his wife, Yolanda of Illinois; grandchildren, Gabriela and Joseph; and brother, Louis Vollaro.

A memorial gathering will be held at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524), Freehold Township on Tuesday, March 12, 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Her 1:00 PM graveside service will follow in Woodbridge Memorial Gardens, US Highway 1 North, Iselin.
