Obituary of Donna Folino

Donna Folino, 74, of Freehold Township, passed away in her home on Tuesday, April 2, 2024. She died peacefully, surrounded by her loving family. Donna was born and raised on Staten Island. She and her husband Joseph raised their two daughters, Alicia and Laura, in South Beach. Donna taught 7th and 8th grade at Holy Rosary School for ten years. Following their retirement they relocated to The Riviera community in Freehold, NJ. She enjoyed an active lifestyle and could often be found biking, walking and hiking especially in Spring Lake. Donna loved to gather friends and family around her table where she cooked the most delicious Italian specialties.

Donna was predeceased by her parents, Emmanuel and Adele Pluchino. She is survived by her husband of 53 years, Joseph; daughters Alicia Arnoldi and Laura Molfetta, and their husbands, Daniel and Frank, respectively. Her 4 beloved grandchildren, Cameran, Justin, Tyson and Avery, will cherish her memory. She is also survived by her younger sister, Marie Galletta of Staten Island.

A memorial gathering will be held at Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (route 524), Freehold Township on Friday, April 5, 2024 from 5:00 to 8:00 PM with words of remembrance at 7:30 PM.
