Obituary of Marcia B. Spaeth

Marcia B. Spaeth, 80 of Freehold, passed away on May 7th, 2024, at CentraState Medical Center, Freehold. She was born and raised in Brooklyn before moving to Freehold15 years ago. One of Marcia's greatest joys was serving as the village four coordinator for her community, The Villages in Freehold. She took great pride in ensuring that her neighbors were taken care of and always had a helping hand to offer. In her free time, Marcia enjoyed playing games such as Canasta, Mahjong, and Blackjack. She also had a love for Chardonnay, Next time you have a glass of wine think of Marcia and the great memories that you had with her. She is predeceased by her first husband, Lenny Fogel and her second husband, Frederick Spaeth. Marcia is survived by her daughter, Melissa Fogel of Freehold; granddaughter, Lauren Jackson, and her partner, Frank Caporicci of Freehold; and her fury companion, Schmoogie. Visitation will be held at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524), Freehold Township on Thursday, May 9, 2024, from 10:00 AM-10:30 AM with her funeral service to follow. Interment to follow at William. C. Doyle NJ Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 350 Province Line Road, Wrightstown.
