Obituary of Rose T. Terrizzi

Rose T. Terrizzi, 89, of Brandywine Assisted Living, Howell formerly of North Port, FL passed away peacefully on Thursday, May 16, 2024 at CentraState Medical Center, Freehold.  Rose was born and raised in Brooklyn.  She had lived in Manalapan, Monroe, Freehold and Howell before moving to North Port, FL.  Moving back to Howell in August of last year, Rose became a resident of Brandywine Assisted Living.  She was the owner of Gina Lee, Brooklyn and Fashion Coiffures, Englishtown both beauty salons.  Along with her husband, Giacomo, they owned and operated Eagle Painting.  Rose enjoyed spending time at the Howell Senior Center and bowling at Howell Lanes years ago.  She took great pleasure doing arts and crafts.  With the thirst for travel, Rose, with her husband, would camp everywhere in their RV.  She loved watching Rodeo and taking trips to Disney.  Rose was a devoted wife, loving mother and adoring Nana.

Rose was predeceased by her husband, Giacamo Terrizzi; a son, Natale “Chris” Terrizzi; grandson, Vincent Terrizzi; four brothers; and a sister.   She is survived by her three children, Gina Clark and her husband, Michael of North Port, FL, Marlana Alazio and her fiancé, Michael Pondaco of Jackson, and Giacomo Terrizzi of Florida; grandchildren, Christina Harrington–Testa and her husband, Jason, Stephanie Clark, Graziella Alazio, and Giacomo Terrizzi and his wife, Elizabeth; great grandchildren, Gia, Brandon, Jackson, and Bennet; her sister, Dorothy Uchman and her husband, George; and numerous nieces, nephews and dear friends.
