Obituary of Richard John Daly

Richard John Daly, 66, of Howell passed away on Friday, May 24, 2024 at CentraState Medical Center, Freehold Township. He was born and raised in Aberdeen and settled in Howell in 2001. Richard worked as a dedicated Manager for Chipotle in Toms River. He was a true hard worker and made many friends throughout his career. Richard enjoyed fishing and watching baseball, especially the Mets. He often spent time outdoors gardening, bird watching, and relaxing by the pool. Richard will be remembered as a devoted husband, loving father, and amazing friend.

He is predeceased by his parents, Edward and Dorothy Daly; and brother, Eddie Daly. Richard is survived by his wife of 29 years, Sherry Daly; daughter, Brittany Daly and her longtime partner, Noah LaPointe; sisters, Mary Bader, Joan West, and Patricia Daly; nieces and nephews, Brian Daly, Sean Daly, Jennifer O’Neill, William West, Alison Bader, Erin Faulk, Jill Faulk, and Megan Wisniewski; great nieces and nephews, Mackenzie, Jameson, Riley, and Ryan; mother-in-law, Carol Wisniewski; father-in-law, Tadeusz Wisniewski; brother-in-law, Robbie Wisniewski; and sister-in-law, Lyn Talley.

Visitation will be held at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524), Freehold Township on Saturday, June 1, 2024 from 12:00 to 3:30 PM with his funeral service to begin at 3:30 PM.
