I am sorry to learn of Jane’s passing. For the last few years I have noted her birthday with a card, and this year I was ready to recognize her 97th, but learned of her passing. Jane was the secretary at West Freehold School when I began my teaching career in 1964. We moved to the newly built C.T. Barkalow School in 1965 together. For many years she and Jack exchanged Christmas cards with my husband Frank and me.. It was almost sixty years of friendship. Condolences to her family.

Please accept our family’s deepest sympathy and condolences on the passing of Jane. A lovely person with a smile and kind word for everyone, Jane was a constant presence in our life. We all have such wonderful memories of both Jane and Jack hosting pool party’s at their home or attending gatherings at our house. As a side note, Jane and I shared the same birthdate and celebrated it together several times in the past. We are truly sorry for your loss.
