I have known Rashaan since my best friend Michelle was carrying him. I watched him grow up to be an intellectual man. As I watched him flourish, I knew he would be the best. My best friend Michelle always made sure he was surrounded with love. His big smile always caught my heart. I will try to make him laugh so I can see his big smile. We love you. Yolanda
We would like to send our condolences to the family of Rahsaan Jones. We knew Sean from the Honda Universe dealer. He sold us many of our cars throughout the years. He was the only person we would call because we formed a bond with him right from the beginning. He was so nice and down to earth. We were saddened when he got sick and just found out today of his passing. It sounds silly to think of your car dealer as a friend, but we do! We feel like we lost a good friend! R.I.P. Sean and know that you were one of the nicest people that we have ever known.
With our sincere sympathies
Ralph, Debbie, Steven and Allie Weiner
Dear Rahsaan,
While we grew apart after college, the moment I heard you passed away, I was immediately taken back to our childhood memories like it was yesterday. We became the best of friends in middle school, especially in Mr. Ricardi’s class working on our Jcrab Resort. And then the plays we put on in Mr. Anzek’s class. We even recorded an American Idol spin off episode for a class project. No matter what school work we had, we laughed through it all, and made it fun. Beyond school, we always spent time at each other’s houses, either having Survivor parties or listening to music. I still have many of the CDs you’d make me. And I’ll always remember you (and your mom!) taking me to my first concert. Thank you for being a best friend to me. For always taking care of me and encouraging me to be the best version of myself. I’m sorry we drifted apart, but will deeply cherish how meaningful our friendship was. I love and miss you!
Love,
Jenn Kamm Greco
We are angry that Rahsaan is no longer with us. Our daughter Jenn met him in 7th grade and they became best friends. He was often at our home, all the way through high school and even during his college years.
Rahsaan was like a son to us. He was the perfect teen/man. Whenever our daughter would hang out with him, I knew I didn’t have to worry. He was respectful, genuinely enjoyed talking with us, was kind, generous, and loving.
He possessed all of the best qualities a man could have, the same qualities that I want my grandchildren to have. I miss his laugh and his big smile.
Michelle, you raised an outstanding man. I’m so sorry he was taken from you and your family. We send our love and prayers.

I met Sean about 15 years ago. He helped me purchase a car and every car we purchased we went through him over the years. He became not just a car salesman but a good friend. Such a nice guy. You will be missed. Alex and Gina Marcopul.
Sean taught me a lot about car sales and finance.I worked with him at Honda Universe for about 2 years and me and him use to talk everyday in the finance office he was definitely one of my mentors in the car business and he will be deeply missed I wish I had a chance to say goodbye to him RIP brother
I so remember all our neighborhood kids growing up together in South Brunswick! Dates, proms, broken hearts, just hanging together. Rahsaan and his entire family set a high bar for family, love, commitment, fun, gatherings, doing everything, doing nothing, including everyone. This kid I remember so well being so kind, that smile, the time he took to talk with someone even if he was busy or had plans. Nothing was more important to him than connection, in my experiences with him. He has a huge place in Joel's heart and mine. Never to be forgotten. We're all the better for having known him
My heart goes out to the family, I’m sorry for your loss. Rahsaan was one of a kind, a true friend. I’ll never forget him and the way he stayed so strong and kept his faith and kept a positive outlook on things. He never complained. He was loyal, fun loving and always had your back.
For you I carry a prayer in my heart.
Thinking of you and asking God to watch over you and surround you in the warmth of his love.
The love of a son is a love that transcends this time and place.
May his legacy live on in the memories of all he meant to you.
With deepest sympathy on the loss of your son.
Love,
Sherri & Tr Bethune
