Obituary of Rahsaan "Sean" Jones
Rahsaan “Sean” Jones, 38, of Point Pleasant Boro passed away on Wednesday, June 5, 2024. He was born in 1986, in Brooklyn, New York, to Michelle Brooks and Leland Jones, raised in South Brunswick, NJ, lived a short time in Asbury Park and settled in Point Pleasant Boro. Rahsaan was interested in architecture at a very young age and studied Architecture at Drexel University. Rahsaan worked, as a Financial Manager for Bob Ciasulli Auto Group in Lakewood, New Jersey since 2011 and prior as an Architect, at KlingStubbins engineering company, Philadelphia, Pa. Rahsaan enjoyed fine dining, skiing, sailing and closely followed the US girls gymnastics and figure skating teams. He also played piano and was trained by Westminster Conservatory of Music. Rahsaan treasured spending quality time with family and friends, and the countless memories made. He loved all genres of music but was especially fond of Country. Rahsaan had an annual tradition to attend a Country Music concert with friends to kick off the summer. Above all, Rahsaan was a very compassionate person, you could always count on his selfless nature and his ability to lend a helping hand to anyone in need.
Rahsaan is deeply loved and will be greatly missed. He is survived by his mother, Michelle Brooks; father, Leland Jones; brother, Jamill Williams; niece, Eris; his aunt, Lisa Brooks; many cousins, Demond, Alicia, Kee-Von, Kavon, Kavonna, Jhaleal, Jonas and Zayanna, Lazon, Jackie, Merikha, and Sean; the Williams family; and extended family members. Rahsaan is predeceased by his stepfather, Maurice Williams; grandmothers, Mary Jones and Veronica Brooks; grandfather, Frank Brooks; and aunt, Tonia Brooks.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 17, 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 3:00 to 5:00 PM with eulogies to begin at 5:00 PM.
