Obituary of Thomas A. Weber
Thomas A. Weber, 82, of Freehold Township passed away on Thursday, June 20, 2024 at CentraState Medical Center, Freehold Township. He was born and raised in Carrolltown, PA and settled here in 1982. After graduating in the Patton Joint High School Class of 1959, he served proudly in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. Thomas later went to work at Delphi a division of General Motors in New Brunswick for thirty years prior to retiring in 2001. Thomas was a football fanatic who rooted for the Pittsburgh Steelers and Penn State. He also enjoyed gaming and country music. He will be remembered as a simple man, very down-to-earth and a homebody.
Thomas is survived by his loving wife of forty one years, Patricia Weber, who took care of him; his daughter, Dawn Lustgarten and her husband, Ira; two brothers-in-law; and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents, Albert and Laura Weber; three brothers; four sisters; his in-laws, Francis and Lillian Liposky; and one brother-in-law.
Visitation will be held at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524), Freehold Township on Tuesday, June 25, 2024 from 9:00 to 10:00 AM. Following the visitation, relatives and friends are invited to attend his 10:30 AM Funeral Mass at the Co-Cathedral of St. Robert Bellarmine, 61 Georgia Road, Freehold Township. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Thomas’s name may be made to Wounded Warriors Project, P.O.
