Obituary of Regina Costanzo
Regina Costanzo, 77, of Howell passed away on Monday, July 1, 2024 at CentraState Medical Center. She was born and raised in Brooklyn and had lived in Staten Island and Middletown before settling in Howell in 2008. Regina was a beloved waitress and bartender, having worked at Unicorn Diner, Dakota Diner, and Holiday Inn throughout her career. Regina's greatest accomplishment in life was her family. She was an extended grandma to all, always taking care of everyone with a warm heart and a listening ear. She was known for being the life of the party, especially during her days with her grandchildren and their friends. In her free time, Regina enjoyed cooking her famous rice balls. Her delicious dishes brought joy and comfort to all who knew her.
Regina is predeceased by her parents, Harry and Baldwina Martin; siblings, Suzanne Brennan, Harry Martin and Frederick Martin. She is survived by her three children, Frannie Costanzo and his wife, Connie of Staten Island, Ruth Ann Dunleavy and her husband, Joseph of Freehold and James Costanzo and his wife, Gina; thirteen grandchildren and one great grandson; many nieces, nephews and extended family members.
Visitation will be held at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524), Freehold Township on Sunday, July 7, 2024, from 1:00 to 4:30 PM with her funeral service to follow.
