Obituary of William B. Noesges

William B. Noesges, 72, of Freehold Township, passed away peacefully on Monday, August 5, 2024, at CentraState Medical Center. Born in New York City and raised in Jersey City, Bill eventually settled in Freehold Township.  For over 40 years, he was a dedicated member of the Operating Engineers, Local 15, NYC, NY, retiring in 2010. Bill was a man of deep faith and an active parishioner at the Co-Cathedral of St. Robert Bellarmine.  He cherished his time on the beach, trips to Florida, and riding his motorcycle. Bill loved entertaining family and friends, but above all, he was a loving husband, doting father, and adoring Grandpa and Papa.

Bill was predeceased by his parents, William and Violet Noesges; sister, Violet Koehler; and brother, Keith Noesges.  He is survived by his wife of forty-eight years, Denise Noesges; three children, Dana LaMantia and Frank of St. Johns, FL, Nicole Giglio and Walter Pitts of Howell, and William J. Noesges and Andrea of Freehold; 6 grandchildren, Frank, Bella, Nicholas, Jack, Madison, and Peyton; brothers, Daniel Noesges and his wife, Marilyn, Michael Noesges and his wife, Nancy, John Noesges and his wife, Theresa, and Thomas Noesges and his wife, Mayra; sister-in-law, Geri Noesges; and numerous beloved nieces, nephews and friends.

A visitation will be held at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524), Freehold Township on Thursday, August 8, 2024 from 3:00 to 7:00 PM.  Relatives and friends are invited to gather at the funeral home on Friday, August 9, 2024 at 9:30 AM for the procession to his 10:30 AM Funeral Mass at the Co-Cathedral of St. Robert Bellarmine, 61 Georgia Road, Freehold Township.  Interment will follow in Holy Name Cemetery, 823 West Side Avenue, Jersey City, NJ.  For information, directions or condolence messages to the family, visit www.claytonfuneralhome.com.
