Obituary of Beverly L. Ciavarro

Beverly L. Ciavarro, 88, of Freehold Township passed away on Monday, September 30, 2024 at CentraState Medical Center, Freehold Township.  She was born in Passaic, raised in Lyndhurst, and lived in Ontario, Canada and Parlin before settling here in 2015.  A former parishioner of St. Bernadette Parish, Parlin, she lived her life with faith.  Beverly loved nothing more than holidays and spending time with her family.  She was an amazing cook who had no use for recipes, and on Sunday mornings her home was filled with the smell of meatballs and Sunday gravy.  She also enjoyed playing slots in Atlantic City.  Beverly was a devoted wife of over sixty years, a loving Mommy and adoring Nanny.

Beverly was predeceased by her husband, Richard; daughter, Dawn; and granddaughter, Faith.  She is survived by her daughters, Renee Dolan and her husband, Robert, Brenda Whitfield and her husband, Steve, Denise Ciavarro and her husband, Robert Kurzman and Adrienne Kellett and her husband, Kevin; four grandchildren, Evan Gibson and his wife, Jackie, Joseph Kellett and his wife, Kelly, Daniel Kellett and Matthew Kellett; great granddaughter, Eliana; and two sisters, Susan and Carol. 

Visitation will be held at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524), Freehold Township on Sunday, October 6, 2024 from 1:00 to 5:00 PM.  Relatives and friends are invited to attend her 11:00 AM funeral service at the funeral home on Monday, October 7, 2024.  Entombment will follow in Marlboro Memorial Cemetery, 361 Route 79, Morganville.  For those who desire, memorial contributions may be made to Tunnel to Towers Foundation, 2361 Hylan Boulevard, Staten Island, NY 10306 or online HERE.  For information, directions or to leave condolence messages for the family, visit www.claytonfuneralhome.com
