Obituary of Lorenzo Swain

Lorenzo Swain, age 92, of Lakewood, passed away peacefully on November 10, 2024, at Fountain View Care Center in Lakewood. Born and raised in Roper, North Carolina, Lorenzo moved north in 1962 and made his home in Lakewood with his siblings. He worked as a dedicated laborer for many years until his retirement. Lorenzo was a devoted brother and a beloved uncle, known for his kindness and generosity.

He was predeceased by nine siblings and is survived by his cherished family: Daisy King, Mildred Solomon, William Earl Swain, Shirley Nixon, and William “Pee Wee” Swain, along with numerous nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
