Obituary of Ann Helen Najarian
Ann Helen Najarian, 98, of Jackson Township passed away peacefully surrounded by her son and daughter-in-law on Saturday, November 30, 2024 at home. Ann was born and raised in Clifton. She raised her family in Hasbrook Heights before moving to Jackson in 1995. Years ago, Ann bowled in leagues in North Jersey and was a good swimmer. She even taught her grandchildren how to swim. Ann was an excellent cook and baker. Taking care of her family and home was her top priority. Being called grandma and gaga also meant so much to her.
Ann was predeceased by her husband, Arthur Najarian and a son, Randy Wayne Najarian. She is survived by her son, Scott A. Najarian and his wife, Claire “Nicole”; two grandchildren, Danielle Salerno and her husband, John and Scott A. Najarian, II and his wife, Beverly; a great-grandson, Talin; and a brother, Dr. Haig Garjian.
A visitation will be held at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524), Freehold Township on Thursday, December 5, 2024 from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM followed by the procession to her 12:30 PM funeral service at Brig. Gen. William C. Doyle NJ Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 350 Province Line Road, Arneytown. Interment will be with her husband in the cemetery.
