Jerry and I were part of the Class of 81. I remember the day when he introduced himself to me. He was very warm and effusive, and always seemed to have a crowd around him. Many years passed, when he popped up again in my life. Jerry worked at SI Hospital and ran into my wife, who was a ER nurse there at the time. He quickly made the connection, and soon after , we invited him over for lunch . I remember him having a beautiful young family, and we reminisced about old times. And still, the same warm person I knew years earlier.
