Jennie Masiello, 91, of Freehold passed away on Friday, December 20, 2024 at Jersey Shore University Medical Center, Neptune. She was born and raised in Brooklyn, lived in Staten Island, and settled in Freehold 5 years ago. Jennie worked for P.S. 57 in Staten Island as a School Aide for many years. She enjoyed ceramics, crocheting, playing bingo, and taking trips to Atlantic City. Jennie was an amazing cook and was known for her special Italian Cookies. She was also an active member of the American Legion Cespino-Russo Post. Above all, Jennie was a devoted mother, loving grandmother, and adoring big grandma.

She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Salvatore Masiello; daughter, Susan Endreson; son-in-law, Timothy Endreson; and grandson, Christopher John Masiello. Jennie is survived by her children, Lori Masiello and James Masiello and his wife, Maria; grandchildren, T.J. Endreson and his wife, Desiree, Samantha McKnight and her husband, Kevin, Matthew Masiello and his wife, Lynzee, and Gregory Masiello; great grandchildren, Salvatore Endreson, Vincent Endreson, and Luca Masiello; and canine companion, Rocky.

Visitation will be held at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524), Freehold Township on Thursday, December 26, 2024 from 2:00 to 4:00 PM and 6:00 to 8:00 PM. Relatives and friends are invited to gather at the Funeral Home on Friday, December 27, 2024 at 9:30 AM for the procession to her 10:30 AM Funeral Mass at the Co-Cathedral of St. Robert Bellarmine, 61 Georgia Road, Freehold Township. Interment will follow in Resurrection Cemetery, 361 Sharrott Ave, Staten Island.
