Although we knew Jim for just a couple short years as Elks, we enjoyed many fun & lively conversations together. A warm & caring man whose presence is surely missed by all. Condolences to the family.

I worked alongside the Captain in Communications when I was the adjunct to the Deputy Chief. He was a great man and Commander and was loved by his men and women. He was a superior leader and will be missed by his brothers and sisters in Blue.
