To Xavier, You were an incredible example, teacher, friend, and leader to all of us at J&J. The trust, respect, and love you earned through your dedication and selfless service was inspiring to me. We love you. Your parting will leave gaping hole in our hearts. To Xavier's Family, Thank you for sharing him with us. We know how much he loved you because he spoke so often of you with passion in his voice and joy in his eyes. I am so sorry for your loss and will pray for your peace and healing.
Dear Doreen ,I am so sorry to hear of your loss, my condolences to you and your family. I never met Xavier but from what I have read here it sounds like I would have enjoyed his company. Again I am so sorry and I pray GOD'S peace and blessings over you and your family.
Our deepest condolences to Marie and family. We know that this is a very difficult time and we all have you in our thoughts and prayers. The Johnson & Johnson family has lost one of its best. Everybody loved the X-man because he was smart, ethical, honest and he understood that the costumer/consumer should come first. Xavier was the poster child for the J & J credo. As good as he was at business he was an even better friend. He was a great listener, he had a sincere interest in you and what you were saying and he always added something significant to the discussion. I first met Xavier in 1983 when he joined ACP. He always stayed loyal to his ACP friends and was the first one to offer help if anybody needed it. Over the past 29 years my favorite memory of Xavier was hearing him talk about family and current events. He had his priorities straight, he loved his family and friends. The ACP nation is sad tonight.

Our deepest condolences and heartfelt regards to Doreen Franco and the entirety of the Franco family during this difficult time. While I did not have the pleasure to see Xavier recently, the stories of his will, courage, determination, and success have served as inspiration for as long as I can remember. From humble beginnings studying history at Rutgers, Xavier achieved almost all that he set out to do and garnered global recognition for his abilities. Xavier will always be remembered as a nurturing grandfather, loving father and husband, caring brother, dear son, brilliant leader, and amazing friend to so many. I know he will live on in the hearts and minds of all of those he impacted throughout his lifetime. Rest peacefully.
I was shocked and saddened to read of Xavier's passing. He and I worked as a global team when we both returned from Europe and he became a wonderful colleague and more importantly friend. He never had a bad word for anyone and I am a netter person for having known him. He will be sorely missed. My prayers to Doreen , his children and his grandchildren .
I met Xavier at J&J and from the start knew he was very good at what he did. His accomplishments at work were many and far reaching, but even more important, was his approach to everything. So friendly, open and what a great sense of humor and laugh. He cared about those he was with and as a result he was just great to be around. And his global roles at J&J were perfect as he touched and had a positive impact on so many. Xavier was quite simply one of the best! My condolences to Marie and the family and I will miss him deeply
Xavier you were always a Bright Light in the Skillman Complex and shared a contagious Can Do Attitude. You Touched so many people and will be missed by many. You Loved talking about your new Role as Grandpa.Be in Peace.
Marie, I am so sorry for your loss. This is crazy.
Xavier was an incredible colleague, mentor and friend. I was lucky to have gotten to know Xavier over the last few years as we worked together at J&J in global roles. As a peer, Xavier helped me immeasurably and was always looking for ways to help me integrate. We shared travel to many different countries in our roles and I couldn't have asked for a better traveling companion. He was easygoing, thoughtful, gracious and fun to be around. He never sought the spotlight even though he was responsible for so much positive change. Colleagues around the world treasured Xavier's insight, experience, support and collaboration. In the last 6 months as my boss, Xavier treated me as an equal and allowed me to benefit from his experience. I'm very lucky to have known you Xavier. I will not forget you. Your impact on people around was far beyond what you might have imagined. My thoughts go out to his cherished family, whom he spoke of all the time.
my condolences on the passing of Xavier to Marie and the entire Franco family.
Our family has lost a special person. Although we had not seen Xavier in a long time, our memories of him are that of a special human being who represented the finest qualities. We will always remember him as a kind, intelligent man, with many interests and a great sense of humor. We were so very proud of him. He will live in our hearts forever. Our heartfelt condolences for Doreen, kids, and the rest of the family. You are all in our thoughts and prayers.

Xavier was an outstanding individual - the rarest of all who made me feel and believe that I was the most important person in the world. I worked for him early in my career with J&J, and his management and business style rubbed off on me - enabling me to be more successful than I ever thought possible. Xavier not only was a great manager and mentor, but most importantly, he was an outstanding friend. I will truly miss him and the world has one less great individual. Susan and my thoughts and prayers are with all of Xavier's family and friends as we grieve together. May God give us the strength we need to get through this difficult time. I am confident that we will once again see the "X-man" at the Greatest Reunion of all time!
My sincerest and most heart felt condolences to Doreen and Kids as well as Norah and Xavier's siblings. My thoughts and best wishes are with you all and I truly hope that with time all of you will be fine and strong again. My cousin Xavier was truly a remarkable man, a loving husband and a wonderful father. Xavier was someone that I looked up to and was very proud to call him my cousin. Xav, you will be truly missed.
Xavier Franco was my friend. He was a wonderful man who always was positive, caring and cheerful. I will never forget what Xavier brought to my life. I am a far better person for having known this sweet, kind, gentle man. God rest his soul. My prayers go out to Marie, Matt, Jessica, Sarah, and the entire family.
