Obituary of Peter Terrell

Peter V. Terrell, 82, of Freehold Township passed away on Thursday, December 15, 2011 at CentraState Medical Center Freehold Township. He was born in Elizabeth and lived there until moving to Freehold Township 47 years ago. Peter was an Army Veteran having served during the Korean War. He was a Salesman at Sears in Freehold retiring in 2002, and was a member of the Freehold Township Men's Softball League. Peter is survived by his wife, Mildred; two sons, Frank Terrell and Thomas Terrell and his fiancée, Kelly, all of Freehold Township; a daughter, Jill Moore and her husband, Tom of Freehold Township; four grandchildren, Justin, Casey, Kyle and Karley; and one brother, Rev. Eugene Bettinger of Teaneck. Visiting at Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524), Freehold Township on Sunday, December 18, 2011 from 12:00 to 3:30 PM with his funeral service immediately following.
