Obituary of Christine Somay

Christine "Teenie" Somay, 93, of Howell Twp. passed away surrounded by the people who loved her the most, on Monday, August 26, 2013 at home. Teenie was born in Newark, raised in Red Bank and was a lifelong Howell Twp. resident. She was a homemaker. Teenie was also a life member of the Southard Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary. Teenie was predeceased by her husband, John in 1993. She is survived by her dear family and many loving friends. A gathering will be held at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524), Freehold Township on Friday, September 6, 2013 from 3:00 to 4:30 PM with her funeral service to follow at 4:30 PM.
