Frank was a great neighbor. He was always kind and polite. I hope his family finds comfort in the fact that he was well and healthy. He had been viewed from a window at about 3 or 4 pm Wednesday and was regular Frank. No hint of a problem which is why his passing is a shock. My sister Beth and I will miss him very much. I don't know who's car I will clear the snow from this winter..
