Obituary of Marie Nagy

Marie Nagy, 85, of Cocoa, Florida passed away at home on Sunday, October 6, 2013. Marie was born in Jersey City and was a lifelong Freehold Township resident before retiring to Florida in 1998. She worked in food services for the Freehold Township School System before retiring. Marie was predeceased by her husband, Robert Nagy, Sr. in 1990; her parents, Joseph Flora, Sr. and Angelina Damato; two sisters, Rose Dresser and Genevieve Nikitin; and two brothers, Anthony Flora and Louis Flora. She is survived by two sons, Robert Nagy, Jr. and his wife Barbara of Howell Township and Michael Nagy and his wife, Linda of Cocoa, FL; six grandchildren, Kim Armstrong of Cocoa, FL, Lori Alexander of Howell, NJ, Robert Nagy of Howell, NJ, Michael Nagy Jr. of Cocoa, FL, Sam Nagy of Howell, NJ and Joseph Nagy of Howell, NJ; seventeen great grandchildren; and two brothers, Joseph Flora of Jackson, NJ and George Flora of Waretown, NJ. Visitation will be held at Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524), Freehold Township on Friday, October 11, 2013 from 2:00 to 4:00 & 7:00 to 9:00 PM. Relatives and friends may gather at the funeral home on Saturday, October 12, 2013 at 9:00 AM for the procession to St. Robert Bellarmine Catholic Church, 61 Georgia Road, Freehold Township for her 10:00 AM Funeral Mass. Interment to follow in St. Rose of Lima Catholic Cemetery, Freehold.
