Obituary of Barbara Virkaitis

Barbara A. Virkaitis, 67, of Howell passed away on Friday, November 1, 2013 at Kimball Medical Center, Lakewood. Barbara was born in Elizabeth and had lived in Linden before moving to Howell 28 years ago. She was a homemaker and a member of the Howell Bowling League. Barbara is survived by her husband, Richard J. Virkaitis of Howell; a son, Piper Williams; a daughter, Melissa Virkaitis; and a granddaughter, Jaclyn Virkaitis-Brooks. Visitation will be held at Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524), Freehold Township on Tuesday, November 5, 2013 from 3:00 to 7:00 PM. Cremation will be private. In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to assist in the payment of Barbara's funeral expenses.
