Obituary of Brigida Fortunato

Brigida G. Fortunato, 84, of Freehold passed away on Thursday, December 26, 2013 at Fountain View Care Center, Lakewood. Brigida was born and raised in Brooklyn moving to The Villages, Freehold in 1995. She worked for F.W. Woolworth, Brooklyn. Bridiga was predeceased by her husband, Salvatore M. Fortunato in 2002. She is survived by a son, Peter Fortunato of Brooklyn; a daughter, Amelia Adicoff of Howell; and two grandchildren. Visitation will be held at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524), Freehold Township on Sunday, December 29, 2013 from 2:00 to 6:00 PM. Relatives and friends may gather at the funeral home on Monday, December 30, 2013 at 9:00 AM for the procession to St. Robert Bellarmine Catholic Church, 61 Georgia Road, Freehold Township for her 10:00 AM Funeral Mass.
