Condolences
Hi Dave and Claudia, I am sorry to hear about your loss. You and your family are in my prayers. Margaret
I am so sorry for your loss. Leona was a warm, giving, compassionate person. I loved her dearly. Leona has left the physical earth and is now residing with G-d. I believe she will watch over you all from Heaven. When you look up and your heart fills with love, know that it is Leona. We are never prepared for the loss of a loved one, but G-d is always prepared to help us through that loss. May His presence begin the healing in your heart and soul and may His love surround you with the comfort only He can give. Love, Bonnie
Your mom was a wonderful person and very good friend when we worked together. She will be missed greatly. Regretfully I'm unable to attend services for Leona but please know that I'll be thinking of all of you during this difficult time. She is at peace.
So sorry for the loss of your Mother. Know she is now home with Our Lord above and with your Dad. Keep her memories close and may they help heal you and your family. God Bless You All
After Uncle Tom and my father-in-law Walter passed away, Aunt Leona, Mary (my mother-in-law) and Uncle Tom's sister Rosie were inseperable and often joined by Aunt Vera, Tom's other sister. They had lunch and dinner together nearly every day. Once a week I would pick them up and take them shopping for groceries. My daughter Nicole dubbed them the Golden Girls after the show she would often sit with the ladies and watch. Aunt Leona was kind and patient with Nicole who often would run next door from Mom-Mom's to visit for hours with Aunt Leona and the doggies. This is one Golden Girl who was dearly loved and who will be missed.
