Obituary of Walter Terry

Walter F. Terry, Jr., 52, of Howell Township passed away suddenly at home on Tuesday, April 29, 2014. Fred was born in Neptune and was a life-long Howell Township resident. He had a passion for fishing, either fresh water or on a party boat and in his younger years an avid deer hunter. Fred loved traveling to Las Vegas to see his brother and play the slots but his passion was music, especially Neil Young. Fred was predeceased by his father, Walter F. Terry, Sr. He is survived by his mother, Lucille Terry of Howell Township; a brother, James R. Terry and his wife, Joan of Las Vegas, Nevada; three sisters, Wanda Terry of Toms River, Annie Castellano and her husband, Paul of Howell Township, and Georgette Terry of West Palm Beach, Florida; five nephews; seven nieces; many great nieces and nephews; and numerous aunts and uncles. Per Fred's wishes, cremation will be a private. A memorial service will be held at a date and time to be announced. Arrangements by the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, Freehold Township.
