Obituary of Betty Powers

Betty Lou Powers, 75, of Freehold Township passed away on Wednesday, May 14, 2014 at CentraState Medical Center, Freehold Township. Betty was born in Amigo, West Virginia and had lived in Elizabeth and Roselle before moving to Freehold Township. She worked in the bakery department at Shop Rite in Clark. Betty was predeceased by her husband, John Powers in 1997. She is survived by two sons, Donald Shuck of Freehold Township, Damon Shuck and his wife, Marzena of Freehold Township; a daughter, Deborah Schaecter and her husband, Eric of Manchester; six grandchildren, Erik, Andrew, Christofer, Timothy, Kevin and Simon; and two sisters, Linda and Ruby.
