Obituary of Frederick Marinovich
Frederick Marinovich, 92, of Freehold Township passed away at home on Saturday, May 24, 2014. Frederick was born in Bellaire, Ohio and had lived in Brooklyn before moving to Freehold Township. He was a longshoreman working with the New York Shipping Association. Frederick was a U.S. Marine Corps veteran having served during World War II. He was an avid golfer who loved the outdoors, but above all, treasured his family.
He was predeceased by his wife, Irene Marinovich in 2004; and a son, Nickolas Marinovich in 1998. Frederick is survived by a daughter, Janet Pavlik and her husband, Mark of Freehold Township; a son, John Marinovich of Brooklyn; and two grandchildren, Jessica Pavlik and Brandon Pavlik.
Visitation will be held at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524), Freehold Township on Thursday, May 29, 2014 from 4:00 to 9:00 PM. Relatives and friends may gather at the funeral home on Friday, May 30, 2014 at 9:00 AM for the procession to St. Robert Bellarmine Catholic Church, 61 Georgia Road, Freehold Township for his 10:00 AM Funeral Mass.
