Dave was the best. His undying dedication to his family and friends & others he helped throughout his life will never be forgotten. He was a giver. The expression on his face when he was surrounded by his family & friends; especially his grandchildren was always one of total devotion, adoration and love. He was our neighbor first and then he welcomed us with open arms into his family. His warm smile and generosity will always remain in our hearts.

I have fond memories of Dave along with the family. He will be missed a lot. He was always the first person to whom ever needed help.

We have all had such wonderful times together. Trips to Alaska, Savannah, and Panama. Time spent here in Charleston. Memories galore. Jack was lucky to have Dave as a college roommate.....wow....the stories that came from that time. I was lucky to marry Jack and develop a lifelong friendship with Nancy and Dave. Dave always made me smile. He was so proud of his children and grands. Dave will be missed by so many. Rest in Peace, Dave. Prayers are with you Nancy, David, Wendy, and Chad.
