Obituary of Joyce Daley

Joyce D. Daley, 81, of Freehold Township passed away on Thursday, June 12, 2014 at home. Joyce was born in and had lived in Howell Township before settling to the Silvermead Community, Freehold Township in 2004. Working for the Monmouth County Park System for twenty years, she retired in 1994 as a Food Service Manager for the golf courses. Joyce was predeceased by her husband, William Daley; a son and daughter-in-law, Patrick and Diana Daley; a brother, Howard Woolley; and a sister, Libby Chehanske. She is survived by two sons, Timothy Daley and his wife, Christine of Norfolk, VA and William Daley and his wife, Elaine Washawanny; five grandchildren; a sister, Joan George of Wilmington, NC; and many nieces and nephews. A visitation will be held at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524), Freehold Township on Wednesday, June 18, 2014 from 4:00 to 8:00 PM. Relatives and friend are invited to attend her 11:00 AM Funeral Service at the funeral home on Thursday, June 19, 2014. Interment will follow in Adelphia Cemetery, Adelphia.
