Obituary of Amelia Meola

Amelia G. Meola, 81, of Howell passed away on Sunday, July 20, 2014 at The Chelsea at Brick. Amelia was born in Passaic and lived in South Toms River before moving to Howell in 2011. She was a homemaker and a former parishioner of St. Barnabus of Bayville. Amelia was predeceased by her son, Alfred M. Meola, III in June of this year. She is survived by her husband, Alfred M. Meola of Howell; one son, Paul J. Meola and his wife, Nora of FL; one daughter, Rose Marie Devlin and her husband, Peter of Howell; one daughter-in-law, Mary Meola of Beachwood; four grandchildren, Peter, Alicia, A.J. and Will; and two brothers, James Catalino of TX and Joseph Catalino of NY. A receiving of friends will be held at Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524), Freehold Township on Wednesday, July 23, 2014 from 6:00 to 7:00 PM with her memorial service following at 7:00 PM at the funeral home.
