My deepest sympathies to the Morgan family. Jay was a dedicated Mayor and I enjoyed working with him on the borough council. He will be missed.

We only met Jay last year, but he was already a great neighbor. We enjoyed sitting on the porch with him. Farmingdale has lost a truly dedicated Mayor. It was obvious he loved the town he served. He will be truly missed by us and many others. Our deepest sympathies.

I am deeply saddened to learn of this news. Mayor Morgan was a remarkable leader of this small community and I have held him in the highest regard since the day I met him two years ago. To his family, his fellow council members and my colleagues down at Borough Hall, please accept my heartfelt condolences for this incredibly tough loss.

Dear Morgan Family, When waiting tables at Main Street Bagels Jay was a frequent face. He was always pleasant, funny and light. I am so sorry Jay left us so soon. But I do keep in mind that death is not the end. Jay is at peace in our Father's kingdom. His absence will leave a tremendous hole in our hearts but but his spirit is eternal. I pray that you find some peace and comfort in knowing he is no longer in pain.

I had the pleasure of knowing Jay for over 35 years, both while working and as a personal friend. The suffering is over, yet a life taken too soon. Rest in peace my friend; you did well and touched a lot of lives during your short stay here. You did a lot of good for a lot of people. God bless you and your family.
