My husband Phil and I knew your parents for many years while we live in Freehold. After Bill died we kept in touch with Sophie through daily Mass at St.Roberts . We move to Winding Ways in Jackson in 1998 but still kept in touch with your mother until about 5 years ago. We were sorry to hear of your loss,and she was quite a lovely lady. I was saddened to read Sophie's obituary in the newspaper. Your parents were so good to me when I was at Saint Mary's Perth Amboy. Countless hours were spent making the new convent into a first class home, and they were tireless in working for the parish. Unfortunately, I was reassigned and lost touch with both Bill and Sophie. Please know all of you will be remembered in my thoughts and prayers. Sisters Josette and Marie Celine were with me in Perth Amboy. They were both in heaven to greet Sophie.
