Obituary of Isabelle Skrzypczak
Isabelle Skrzypczak, 89, of Farmingdale passed away on Tuesday, May 25, 2010 at Jersey Shore University Medical Center, Neptune. Mrs. Skrzypczak was born and raised in Nanticoke, PA and had lived in Plainfield before settling to Farmingdale in 1980. She retired in 1975 as a housemother from the Muhlenberg Hospital School of Nursing, Plainfield with over 35 years of service. Isabelle was a former member of the St. Stanislaus Holy Rosary Society, Plainfield. She was a member of the Knight of Columbiettes, Dunellen. Isabelle was a former member of St. Veronica's Senior Citizens, a former member of the Howell Township Senior Citizens and the Farmingdale Senior Citizens.
She was predeceased by her husband, Joseph in 1967; and two brothers, Frank Novak and Dennis Novak. Isabelle is survived by her son, Joseph Skrzypczak and his wife, Miriam of South Plainfield; her daughter, Rose Adam of Farmingdale; and two grandsons, Andrew and Mark.
Visiting at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524) Freehold Township on Thursday, May 27, 2010 from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 PM. Relatives and friends may gather at the funeral home on Friday, May 28, 2010 at 8:00 AM for her rite of committal, followed by her 9:00 AM funeral mass at St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Chapel, Main Street, Farmingdale.
