Obituary of Doris Eaves

Doris M. Eaves, 88, of Jackson passed away on Sunday, February 20, 2011 at Bartley Healthcare, Jackson. Doris was born in Granite City, IL and had lived in Freehold before settling to the Orchards at Bartley in 2001. She was a homemaker. Doris was a member of the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, Point Pleasant. She was predeceased by her husband, Doyle J. Eaves, a son, Gary Eaves and a great grandson, Jackson. Doris is survived by her son, Richard Eaves and his wife, Donna of Jackson; her daughter, Sandra Hazen of Englishtown; 9 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren, with 2 more on the way, and her sister, Virginia Wicker of Shinglehouse, PA. Visiting at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524) Freehold Township on Tuesday, February 22, 2011 from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 PM. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her 11:00 AM funeral service at the funeral home on Wednesday, February 23, 2011. Interment will follow in Maplewood Cemetery, Freehold.
