My sympathy to the family of one of my most thoughtful and caring neighbors. Frank was always ready to do a favor or just stop by and chat. He knew everyone and everyone knew and liked him. I always looked forward to seeing his truck stop in front of the house and not only having the lawn cut, but spending a few moments discussing the news of the neighborhood. Will miss you Frank.
