Since I live in Illinois, I have not kept in touch with my cousin except for Christmas cards. I knew that she had been sick, but was not aware of the gravity of the situation. I understand that she suffered a great deal of pain. I know that she is now without pain and enjoying the peace of our Lord. May God bless her family and aid them as they grieve her passing.

So sorry to hear of the loss of your mother. When someone you love dies, it leaves an empty spot in your hearts which could never be filled by any other person. What a wonderful gift we have from God in memories. When you close your eyes, you can see and remember your mother just as she was when she was happy and healthy. Soon, in a new world of God's making, all pain, suffering and sickness will be gone forever, Revelation 21:3, 4. Until then, I will keep you all in my thoughts and prayers.
