Madeline and family, I am so sorry for your loss. Keeping you and your family in my prayers.
Someone so special will not be forgotten. With deepest sympathy.
How heartbroken I am to learn of Mary’s passing! My late husband and I were friends with her and Carmine for almost 50 years. Madeline would sometimes babysit our girls. We had fun times at Sleepy Hollow block parties, and then “more intimate” gatherings with the DiNonno and Manzo clans. What special memories I have of the many wonderful times we had together! Even when we moved to San Diego, we got to see Mary and Carmine when they visited Madeline in the Los Angeles area. I will miss her very special Christmas cards too....... each more beautiful than the year before. Carmine, Madeline, and Dave, I pray God will comfort you and the rest of the family as he welcomes Mary into His loving arms. Until we meet again, my dear friend.........
I have many wonderful memories of times spent in the Dinonno home in our younger years, welcomed by warmth, creativity and always beautiful food. I loved Italian cooking but until I tasted Mrs. DiNonno’s gravy I didn’t know what spaghetti sauce really was!
Mrs. DiNonno was the kindest, most gracious woman. I wish Mr. DiNonno and Madeline’s family peace at this very difficult time and may sweet memories and each other bring you comfort in the times ahead.
Mary will always be remembered in so many ways. With my deepest condolences to Carmine, Madeline, Dave and the family. Mary made my life richer may you rest in peace. Thank you for being part of my life. I will always remember how generous you were to me with your wonderful and special paintings of yours that hang on my walls, thank you for that special gift. I’ll always have them to remember you bye. Mary a very precious and special soul your spirit will live on forever.
My deepest sympathies! Sending love and prayers as you go through this difficult time!!!
Matthew 5:4 “Blessed are those who mourn, for they will be comforted.”
My heart is breaking for your loss Mr. Di Nonno, my dearest friend Madeline and family. Mrs. Di Nonno (since 5th grade continued into adulthood addressed her this way) was an amazing, beautiful, very sweet and loving woman. She was a devoted wife and an incredible Mother among many other accomplishments. I was blessed to have known Mrs. Di Nonno. There are no words to fully express my sincerest condolences. May God wrap His loving arms around you, comfort you in the midst of pain and Bless you.
Rest in peace Mrs. Di Nonno as you are now united with Our Lord and Savior.
