Condolences
I just heard the other day about Janet’s passing. I worked with her at Virginia Dare and she was a ray of sunshine. I can still her her wonderful laugh. I’m so heartbroken for her family and her close friend Edye. She spoke about all of you often. Janet and I were both proud Aunts and she talked about her nieces all the time. Now I see that they are grown with children of their own. I know she had a wonderful life and loved you all but it was cut too short. My deepest sympathies to her entire family. She will be missed by many.

My dearest friend of more than 45 years, my heart is breaking. Your passing has left an enormous hole in my heart. This was never part of our plan!
Bob, Mary and John, Lynn and Michael, Lauren and Carolyn, thank you for allowing Janet to share her abundant love with me and all my family over these many years. She has been a very bright light in all of our lives, bringing brilliant yellow sunshine every time she entered the room. She adored and treasured each one of you, and spent countless hours extolling your virtues. We've shared a few billion laughs, and a million tears, and thousands upon thousands of miles creating wonderful memories. We had so many plans for more travels and adventures over the next 45 years. I cannot fathom my life without her.
God bless you always for your endless devotion to my beloved friend.
With heartfelt sympathy,
Edye
