My heartfelt condolences to the Marinello family. I'm so sorry for your loss and I'm sorry I didn't know about his passing until today when his name came across my thoughts during discussions of past companies where people worked.

Well Ralph was one of the best managers I've worked for at Citi, during which time I experienced what it was like to work with Brokers while being the assistant to the head of the department. He will be missed.
