Obituary of Ralph Marinello

Ralph Marinello, 78, of Freehold Township passed away on Sunday, August 12, 2018 at home.  He was born in Brooklyn and had lived in Hazlet and Staten Island before moving to Freehold where he spent the last 15 years of his life with his wife, Michele.  Ralph was the Vice President and Global Manager at Irving Trust Company for 30 years before becoming the Director of Institutional Sales and Account Manager at Citigroup, Depositary Receipts in New York. He was a member of the Italian American Club at the Riviera at Freehold. Ralph loved jazz music, extensive traveling to many countries, and the game of golf. 

Ralph is survived by his wife, Michele Marinello of Freehold Township; former wife, Barbara of Jackson; three sons, Ralph Marinello, Jr. and his wife, Nina of Marlboro, John Marinello and his wife, Suzanne of Manalapan, and Michael Marinello and his fiancé, Pamela Wardel of Allentown; and seven grandchildren, Ralph, Anessa, John, Isabella, Michael, Anthony, and Luke.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his 10:00 AM Funeral Mass on Thursday, August 16, 2018 at the Co-Cathedral of St. Robert Bellarmine, 61 Georgia Road, Freehold Township.  Entombment will be private.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Ralph’s name to the American Cancer Society, 2310 Route 34, Suite 1D, Manasquan, NJ 08736.
