I have known Bill for over 40 years, mostly through his daughter Kathie and her husband Al & family. He has always been so very kind, compassionate, and respectful. He loved his family so deeply and loved being Dad and "Pop". My heart goes out to each and every one of you for your loss. I know he'll remain in your hearts forever.

Take comfort in how many people care and will miss him, and even the sound of his voice. I know I will too. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you.

My friendship with Bill goes back 39 years this month. I was heartbroken to hear of his passing today. A lifelong friend like Bill isn't something everyone gets to experience , but I was fortunate enough to call Bill mine . I hope all the great memories of good times spent with Bill will help his friends and family get through this difficult time .
