Hate to hear that a great man has been taken so early in life. I worked with Joe and have great memories. My condolences to his family. You will be missed. Charles C.
I would like to take this difficult moment to Thank all those who have paid tribute to my husband and for the outpouring of love and support that was provided to me and my family during this indescribably difficult time. The love, support, immessarable sweet and kind words of my husbands is a true tesitiment of the great man he is to all, the great husband to me, great father to his children, great brother/brother-inlaw, and great friend to all. He was and is loved more then he will ever know. My heart is broken, my soul is emply, the world is dark and cold, the silence deafening, the loneliness unbearable. He has been taken from us way too soon. I know my family and I have a LONG road ahead of us, but know that we have a great support system through family and friends, which we are most grateful. His legacy will defintely live on with his family, and friends as again he was and is truly LOVED and a GREAT MAN! Please continue to keep him in your hearts and never forget him.
I am so sorry for your loss. My sincerest condolences to the Telle family.

Sorry for your loss. Your family is in our prayers
My heart is broken to learn of his passing . I have a million found memories of working in the south district . Back in the early 90’s. A true cops cops. The first man there on a back up with joe bear Both with shot guns in hand . Went up the promotional ladder . But still never changed . You couldn’t tell he was a supervisor. He treated you as a equal.. looks are truly deceiving- his thick mustache Gave the appearance of “ hell’s angels “. Totally the opposite- the kindest- caring- given - human I’ve ever had the pleasure to meet in my lifetime. May the good lord continue to watch over your family. Love you and gonna miss you Lt.—-NPD-Retired.
May the lords great holy spirit be with the Telle Family in this time of sorrow. A great Man was lost, his memory will be in my heart forever. We will meet again soon !
