I was 11 when I first walked in to Red Moon Pizzeria. 50 years later, it’s still my favorite. Paulie was always there...first twirling the pizzas, later sitting at the booth, overseeing everything. He will be missed. Sympathy and prayers to the family. May he rest in peace.

After you stepped back from working Daily at Red Moon , you would occasionally Come in a make a few pies during the busy times . Our family always asked “ was the old man in Making pies? “ cause we could always tell when you made a pie because it was perfect.
