I am sorry, I only found out a few days ago that Bruce passed away. I am most grateful for all the things Bruce taught me the few years we were together at NJDEP, Bureau of Flood Control. Bruce set me on reviewing and updating the flood ordinances, which I am still doing today. Bruce was always a cheerful, thoughtful person who made work a better place. You are missed.

It has been my greatest honor and privilege to work with Bruce all these years as his family physician. We shared a common bond and enjoyed many conversations together about Vietnam ( my native country ) and Temple University ( also my alma mater ).
